Kanbanize introduces a key concept that breaks down work into smaller, more manageable pieces using card links. These links allow for various configurations, such as a card serving as the parent of several other cards, a card being a child of another card, or a card being a relative of multiple cards.
Product overview
Kanbanize offers easy board creation for visualizing work at different levels and facilitating work understanding within and between departments. It also allows for visualizing task dependencies to promote workload management and generates real-time statistics to assist in project planning.
Features like Portfolio management enable work to be broken down into smaller pieces using card links, allowing for a hierarchical structure. The Portfolio Kanban concept considers a Kanban card as done when all its children cards on the Team Kanban boards are done. Our clients used interconnected Kanban systems to create a streamlined workflow and automated routine actions through the Business Rules Automation Engine or Runtime policies, with only a few clicks on the administration panel.
